Tap-N-Cool Straight Cutting Fluid is a high performance, non-staining oil based solvent made from refined mineral oils.
It provides an excellent surface finish with great anti-wear properties and high corrosion inhibition for a rust-free environment – essential for machine tools and finished parts.
Tap-N-Cool SCF is formulated with specialised functional chemistry to minimise misting, and is free flowing for rapid dissipation of heat from metal removal and forming operations. Straight Cutting Fluid is non-flammable, non-staining, and recommended for all metal types, both ferrous and non-ferrous.
Chemtools Straight Cutting Fluid is formulated from solvent refined mineral oil & specialized, high performance extreme pressure (EP) additives. For overall performance Straight Cutting Fluid contains corrosion inhibitors & extreme pressure lubricants. It can be used on a range of metal types inclusive of yellow metals. It also contains polymer chemistry to minimize misting.
